Preferred Staffing Solutions is a full-service staffing agency. We are a temporary service (to help you when your regular employees are sick, on vacation or during peak production times), a temporary to hire permanent placement service, and a payrolling service.

BILLING
If you are hiring a temporary, all you pay is the hourly rate quoted times the number of hours worked.
We provide:

  • Testing and/or Training

  • Unemployment Costs
  • All necessary Insurance Coverages

PLACING AN ORDER

  • Skills required (will the temporary be answering phones, typing or supervising?).
  • Skill level required (advanced word processing, such as creating tables or merging addresses?).
  • Equipment that will be used (Microsoft Word? Merlin phone system?).
  • Possible length of the assignment.

All of these details will help us find the best employee for your company.

If you have never worked with us before, we will also need to know pertinant facts about your company such as your parking availability and lunch times. We will be happy to provide you with a bill rate and discuss any other concerns you might have, such as how to hire one of our temporary hourly employees permanently.
